Recycling plant for refrigerators, freezers and air conditioners
Plant room specifications:
- processing area, 65 × 30 m;
- ceiling height, 10 m;
- floor surface, horizontal, load capacity 0.5 N/mm2;
- min room temperature +5 °C (normal temperature >15 °C);
- level ground along one of longitudinal walls, 4 m width, horizontal, max load 0.5 N/mm2;
- at least 2 truck entrances in a building, 4 × 5 m (W ×H);
- required utilities:
- power supply, approx. 750 KW 380 V 3 ph. + 10 KW 220 V 1 ph.;
- compressed air, approx. 8,500 l/min, 8 Bar;
- grid water for fire-fighting and other uses, approx. 4,000 l/h, 3 Bar;
- fire-protection system and anti-theft security system.
Incinerator
The offered thermal destruction system (incinerator) for destruction of gases, liquids and solid wastes requires the working space of 18 × 36 m.
To start-up and maintain operation of burners diesel oil is used. With substantial calorific value of wastes, diesel consumption lowers to zero.
