The project is implemented in close collaboration with government authorities, industrial enterprises, educational, scientific, and non-governmental organizations of the participating countries.
The key project partners of the participating countries are ministries responsible for environment protection, industrial development, and energy industry.
Technical assistance recipients are selected by tender.
Assessment criteria for the selection of project recipients
Owners of ODS- and PCB-containing waste and equipment, equipment manufacturers willing to adopt actual hazardous waste destruction technologies, government and local authorities, environmental, scientific, and educational organizations will also benefit from the project.
