Updates in Legislation section

The section on international law has been updated with current information on the Montreal Protocol and the Kigali Amendment, the Stockholm Convention and the Basel Convention.
Information has been added on the new European Union Regulations on ODS and F-gases, as well as on the restriction of the use of hazardous substances (RoHS 2).
